As a child I was quickly drawn to my own world where I started to create things that didn't really exist. Creating many creatures, faces, friends and worlds inside of my head that where often inspired by the things around me such as the people I met, the toys I played with and the games I played. I often created weird contraptions (for which my mother nicknamed me the MacGyver) or wrote down plans for the future, I collected lots of weird things and this eventually inspired me with the help of my family to go to art school at the age of 14 where I learned how to draw and learned of the great artists from our time and past, this eventually inspired me to continue doing art at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts Antwerp where I'm currently in my second year of Printmaking and exploring the possibilities of woodcut and intaglio.
